Executive Travel Cars UK - Terms and Conditions

              1. Terms and Conditions
  • Executive Travel Cars UK request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any online bookings or requests via email.
  • If you would like to book a car with less than 48 hours notice - Please email to [email protected].co.uk and wait for our confirmation.
  • Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out of our control.
  • The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
  • Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be charged accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate the vehicle to working and hireable condition.
  • We may provide subcontracted vehicles occasionally.
  • By supplying your email address you permit Executive Travel Cars UK to contact you via
    email, in return we promise never to supply your email to any third party.
  • If there are any changes or variations including additional mileage to the journey other then what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged extras in accordance with the pricing structure. This is available upon request.
  • We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.
  • In the event that the Customer requires more than 3 passengers to travel in a vehicle and has not specified this at the time of booking of the Original Journey additional charges may be levied by the Company, at its then standard charge rates, which are available on request for the provision of a larger vehicle or the carriage of additional passengers in excess of 3.
  • Every effort will be made by Executive Travel Cars UK to ensure that our vehicle(s) or Sub-Contractors vehicle(s) arrive on time.
  • Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.
  • Executive Travel Cars UK vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, customer's properties are carried entirely at their own risk and Executive Travel Cars shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
  • Executive Travel Cars UK and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
  • Executive Travel Cars UK maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
  • Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Client's' statutory rights.
  •       2. Payment and Deposits
  • Credit card payments are subject to a 0% surcharge.
  • Our payment terms are strictly at the time of booking, with any extra charges paid in retrospect. Account customers must adhere to their payment terms as agreed by Executive Travel Cars UK at the time of account opening. Late payment will be subject to a 3% per month late payment penalty.
  • Your booking may be subject to additional waiting time and car park charges.
  • The charge on your credit card statement will be shown as Executive Travel Cars.
  • The Company reserves the right to levy additional charges for other items or variations not specified above which were not specified by the Customer at the time of booking.
  •       3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of the tariff will be charged.
  • If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, 100% of monies paid will be non-refundable.
  • If the booking is cancelled for whatever reason by Executive Travel Cars UK, a full refund will be given to the customer.
  • In the event of extreme weather conditions (e.g. flooding, snow and ice) which prevents the driver from reaching the customers' collection or drop off point, the fare will be non- refundable.
